This artwork was created by Le Boulanger (Fouad El-Khabbaz), a Lebanese Canadian artist based in Montreal. It serves as a tribute to Batroun, the town where he was born and raised. It reflects on the profound sense of loss for the Batrounians who were compelled to leave their homes, a community displaced to make way for tourists.
